Through this transformation, individuals achieve the strength, stability, and independence they need to build a better life. Equip relies on countless volunteers who serve in many different ways.

How To Help

  • Equip partners with businesses to help create employment solutions.

    • Help fulfill employment needs

    • Help with disability awareness and trainings

    • Create workplace experiences for individuals

    • Provide workplace experiences for participants to have the opportunity to learn/practice job skills that go along with the responsibilities of jobs within different businesses.

    • Become a corporate sponsor of programs and make it possible for Equip to provide high quality services to individuals with disabilities. Equip would not be as successful without the support and relationships with businesses in our community.
