Instruction and Training
Equip fulfills its purpose by providing a variety of hands-on instructional opportunities. Specialized curriculum, focused specifically on skills needed for successful employment, is implemented in high school classrooms across the state of Alabama, providing the opportunity to practice these
skills in a safe and structured environment.
Equip also provides assistance with securing and maintaining employment, on-site job skill support, and advocacy in the workplace.
